Located near a major sightseeing spot, this hotel offers clean and new rooms with helpful service staff and basic facilities, like water and towels. The view from the third floor is spectacular, and the bathroom is adequate for a short stay.
The lift was not functional during our stay, which made climbing the stairs to higher floors difficult for some guests.

The Easter holiday package had some great offers, and the rooms looked new and updated. the location was convenient because it was within walking distance of historical sites and local markets. It was also a bonus that the staff was helpful and attentive to our needs.
the lift was out of service, which forced us to haul our luggage up the stairs. the towels in our room didn't seem to have been washed properly and had a strange odor.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel in Amritsar. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the bustling city centre and close to all major tourist attractions. We really enjoyed the excellent room service and the friendly staff who were always available to assist us with our needs. their restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food options to choose from.
The hotel lacked basic amenities like an elevator or functioning television sets. The towels in the bathrooms were not replaced often and looked unclean.
